[FZH] Mis-coded messages from Chinese Digests.....Need Help

Dear all,

I am tired of getting non-coded email (Chinese Digest) -- ALL Chinese
characters become ??? question marks.  Since I am using Gmail, and I would
love to be part of the discussion, does anyone have any suggestion that can
solve my problem?  Currently I am running Fedora 14 32-bit, using Gmail as
the mailbox.

The response is better to be in English since currently all email responses
from Chinese Digest are mis-coded...
