A suggestion: if you really want to find a bussiness partner, you can
Google a bussiness website focusing in China and post your request. Or
you can contact companies directly.

Many in the list are open-source developers and they are afraid of
cheats. They think your information is not real so they think you are a
cheat.

PS: Chinese may not think green cards are important, but $500,000 is
more important to us! If you want to find a real partner, don't say how
much money you need and that they can get green card.
