[FZH] Request package for fcitx related component

Hi,
liangsuilong 兄似乎比较忙啊。于是这边其他人是否有可以帮忙把Fcitx的其他包添加到Fedora中？

这里已经有在obs上所有相关包的spec。fcitx-sunpinyin 需要 sunpinyin 2.0.3之后的patch才能正常工作，如果想偷懒的话可
以无视这个。或者参考debian对sunpinyin和fcitx-sunpinyin应用的patch，当然如果想直接打包sunpinyin的git我也没意
见，因为2.0.3之后的改进还是蛮多的。

希望打包的优先级：
fcitx-configtool
kcm-fcitx
fcitx-cloudpinyin
fcitx-libpinyin
fcitx-keyboard
fcitx-table-extra
fcitx-chewing	

其他的可打可不打。

以及希望愿意接手打包的在之后的时间内接受我骚扰，可能存在有patch会想要backport。
