[FZH] 注意：暂不要翻译install guide和quick install guide

Hi,

大家应该已经看到 trans 列表的消息[1,2]，这里再提醒一下：
两个文档安装指南和快速安装指南的翻译平台从 transifex
迁移到了 Zanata[3,4]。所以请大家不要继续在 transifex 上翻译
这两个文档。由于迁移到 Zanata 的内容尚未合并最近一个月的在 tx
上的翻译，所以最好也不要现在就开始在 Zanata 上翻译。
