[FZH] torrent.fedoraproject.org不支持IPv6

补上我的测试环境：
win 7+ utorrent 和 Deluge ，网络为IPv6-only

Deluge 提示如下：
fedoraproject.org: Error: A connection attempt failed because the connected
party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established
connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
