[FZH] fedora的openJAVA的强依赖

你所列举的其他发行版仓库里有 Oracle Java，打包人员只需要加上它到依赖关系进去就行了。

Fedora 需要面临的仓库里没有 Oracle Java，但是也要灵活处理 Java 运行时环境依赖这个问题。
