[FZH] 在线账户（gnome-online-accounts）错误信息的翻译问题

个人觉得现有的翻译问题的反馈渠道对于国内用户来说比较复杂，相对而言，直接发一份邮件或者在某论坛上吼一句更加的靠谱。
