如 IRC 会议中所说，我们希望在更多的城市举办 F21 发行派对活动，宣传/庆祝
这一期待已久的变动很大的最新版本。

目前已知北京、台湾将有发行派对活动。（台湾的是在台北吗？FreedomKnight?）
希望更多城市加入到这一行列之中，包括曾经举办过此类活动的上海、广州，也包括
尚未举办过的地方。发起组织这样的活动并不复杂，只要你有足够的热情。

如下面所附邮件所说，考虑到光盘小礼品等集中生产加运输的时间，发行派对的时间最好在1月份。
不过应该不是硬性要求，一来不是每个活动都需要物资支持，二是我们本财年应该还有经费为发行
派对本地制作些东西（对吧，zsun?）

Thanks Tuan,
just wanted to add, event owners should not only add their name but also their report, otherwise we won't award this badge.
Best dates to make RP happen are in january, producing and shipping media and swags takes a few weeks and we are also in the middle of Christmas Holidays while doing them.
