CSDN, the BLUG, and perlchina are inviting Larry Wall to visit Beijing.
He is coming with his wife at the end of march for two weeks.

Highlight of the visit will be the Open Source Technology Conference by
CSDN: http://ostc.csdn.net/

The cost for the visit is shared bewteen CSDN and the BLUG and

We are looking for a few corporate sponsors who can give 1000 or 2000
rmb (or more :-) so that we can pay the BLUG and perlchina portion.

Individuals may give any amount!

If we meet our goal, sponsors will be invited to a special sponsor dinner
with Larry Wall and his wife.
(individual sponsors from 500 and corporate sponsors from 1000rmb)

(you are of course invited to all other events too. watch the BLUG
website for announcements)

Btw: the call for papers for the conference is still open.

If you could support us, it would be much appreciated!!!

Please pass this message to others who may be able to help.
Or to your boss at work :-)

greetings, martin.
