[FZH] zsun offline since Jan. 24th

Hi all,
Due to vacation and other issue, I will be mostly offline since Jan. 
24th. Since then I will seldom reply emails or hang on IRC.  I do not 
have a certain time of going online.

*Someone, please, CHAIR THE IRC MEETINGS.*

网，因此会很少回复邮件以及IRC消息。我不能预期什么时间起可以恢 复正常上网。
