new EC2 region launched

Dennis,

Something that might interest you for when you've recovered from the 
rest of the F16 release (congrats again, BTW).

AWS launched the us-west-2 region today.

Do we have a Cloud SIG ticket tracker where we put in a request for the 
F16 AMIs to be registered in that region, or is that what this list is 
for?
