Missing man pages in Fedora 16 AMI after installing man-db

kickstart that generated the image specified --nodocs and that setting
persisted in the images themselves.

can work around it by deleting the macro that prevents docs from getting
installed (I think it's something in /etc/rpm) and then running ``yum
reinstall'' on the packages with man pages you care about.
