OpenStack devstack on Fedora

Greetings,

If you've done any work with upstream OpenStack, you have almost
certainly come across devstack (devstack.org).  Fedora support is now
being added to devstack.  I created a wiki page to start documenting the
use of devstack on Fedora.  Give it a try and update with any helpful
