Persistent URLs for Fedora Cloud images

And RAW images?

Their sha1sums doesn't seem to match:

$ sha1sum fedora-latest.x86_64.raw.xz Fedora-x86_64-19-20130627-sda.raw.xz
e41ffee0fede8a1368e9944500504571b7a69749  fedora-latest.x86_64.raw.xz
d33e2547b6d9fbc437a45d393239ad91640955f8  Fedora-x86_64-19-20130627-sda.raw.xz

Or these are "work-in-progress"?
