Chef packages ready for review

Hello cloud SIG,

After a very lengthy delay (years?) we are finally ready to have Chef
packages reviewed for inclusion in Fedora that do not vendor a JSON
library.

Most of the pieces are already in Fedora (I maintain them) however the
following new packages need to be added:

rubygem-ffi-yajl - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1114146
rubygem-ohai - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=823344

and of course Chef itself:

Also, diff-lcs needs to be brought up to date to 1.2.5:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=902240

Is there anyone interested in giving me a first pass at reviewing the packages?
