Yes, that sounds about right. As Josh mentioned, the first one is done
(thanks to Josh!) and ready for testing (just changed it to ON_QA, too
since it's been MODIFIED long enough).

Furthermore, I've also accepted the task to push the base and atomic
cloud images through the spins process, which has not happened.
