 For the sake of clarity, my proposed Criteria text is: "Cloud images must
 be available in the following supported service registries: Amazon EC2."

 Then as we expand the supported services we can expand the list in the
 criteria text. I would like to limit the expansion of the list (since they
 would be blocking) to major releases in order to maintain sanity of
 developers and testers.
