Comment:

 Sent a proposal to the mailing list
 (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Cloud/Atomic-2-Week-Proposal) and there
 were no real objections. Calling Lazy Consensus and so we'll go forward
 with (A) after the Fedora 22 release until we deem it ready, and then
 we'll propose it as a product again. (Maybe with its own edition, maybe as
 part of Cloud.)

 "C" is the approach for Fedora 22, however, since we've already committed
 to producing it for this release.
