 NetworkManager has come a long way since I filed this, with a lot of work
 on paring down for minimal use cases.

 Maybe a crazy idea, but perhaps we could do a systemd-networkd vs
 NetworkManager showdown for the F23 Alpha, and then decide on one for F23
 Beta based on results.
