 The workarounds for this are to use alteranative installation methods.

 First, one could choose to do a fully automated installation with
 kickstart, pointing the machines at a custom kickstart.  An improvement on
 this is to mirror the OSTree repo locally.

 Another alternative is to use the ISO fully interactively.
