F23 rpm-ostree remote is not updating

Is there a reason the ostree remote for f23 ( 
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/atomic/23/) hasn't been 
updated since "Wed 28 Oct 2015 10:50:12 AM UTC" ?
