If it's not, we ought to figure out how we can make it so, while still 
maintaining the integrity of the code hosted on it -- ie, making sure 
someone doesn't upload a bunch of proprietary crap.

If it already is, then I guess we need to make sure folks who are looking 
for it know that it exists.
