developers and Fedora

Thank you all who are interested in making Fedora a distribution for
developers.

I want to update the Fedora-related content here, and while Max is the
"owner" of the Fedora section of this page, I realized that we both need
some help in finding the _best_ developer-oriented places to link to
from the Fedora Project.
