To be clear, I wasn't talking about everyone but it is problematic to be
silent about such behaviour because it is a form of implicit endorsement
if others don't ask it to be cut off and has in fact persisted for a
very long time now.  I don't auto-login in the channel any longer
because I find such a abrasive atmosphere disturbing.    For that
matter, I don't auto login to #fedora any longer either for similar
reasons although the situation there seems to have improved.
