The decision on this particular tool is clear pointed out - what is
important for me is to know what the decision implies to FSL?

Tools will be voted from case to case according to the criteria you
already pointed out? Is there a assessment planed for Security-Tools
which are already in Fedora, so they will be removed eventually because
they do not comply to these criteria?
