The spins are alternative versions to the default Fedora offering, which
is the Desktop.

This is plain wrong.  Just because it is wrong in many places does not
mean it needs to be continued.  In fact we've had spins in the past that
weren't Live media.

I'm not on the board anymore, but I have been to numerous events in
North America where I've done booth duty, well before I worked for RHT.
 I have handed out media since Fedora 1.

I've had that question.

I've never had those.  The most frequent question I get is "what arch is
this media" and that's about it.
