The reason for these sorts of things is that for every person who says
"don't stick your nose in this" there are 10-20 people saying "why
aren't you keeping track of this." And sometimes those 10-20 people
will be ones who say "don't stick your nose in this" somewhere else.
Since the board is in a lose-lose situation.. the best way to make it
a win is just say "this is how it is done, we can improve on it if it
does not work, but we are not sticking our nose in it until its
clearly not working versus because you had a 4 hour delay and you
think that is enough cause."
