Looking for feedback on Fedora Code of Conduct Draft

I thought the code of conduct page was nicely done as well.  It was 
clear from reading it over that the writers had put a lot of thought 
into it, as well as careful word choice and callbacks to general 
unofficial Fedora code of conduct ideas.
