There are no current author of the election app.  Nigel Jones wrote it
and has since left Fedora.  Pingou has done some work on porting it to TG2
but he's not driving it.  I do know that the elections app is one of our
simpler apps.  So if someone wants to step up to be in charge of it, it
would be a good on-ramp to getting involved.
