Fedora Board 2013-09-12 meeting canceled

Given there is no appreciable agenda (at least nothing current/recent in 
trac with meeting keyword), and that the Go/No-Go meeting will be 
immediately preceeding the board... executive decision to cancel this 
week's board meeting.

I'd encourage folks to take this opportunity to share your feelings on 
governance,
