Please add "Other" and "I choose not to answer" as options on
"Gender". The current options are rather limiting (and I know several
members of the Fedora community who would not be satisfied with the
existing choice).


Can we define contribution better for the survey? Possibly drill down
into it?

"Have you ever filed a bug report in Bugzilla?" (This is the only
special-case of contribution called out currently)
"Have you ever submitted a patch to an upstream project included in
Fedora?"
"Have you ever maintained a package in Fedora?"
"Have you ever submitted a translation for Fedora?"
"Have you ever participated in a Test Day for Fedora or other QA event?"
"Have you ever contributed to the Fedora Websites, Wiki pages or
documentation?"
