Okay, this is done. The mailing list named "advisory-board" is now
"board-discuss". The archives are available at both the old nad new
locations, but you may need to adjust filters.
(The old address may work to forward, but there seems to be glitch.)
The #fedora-advisory-board IRC channel was not registered, so it can't be
deregistered, but, instead, people should use "#fedora-board".
The existing private trac has been moved to
https://fedorahosted.org/board-private/, and https://fedorahosted.org/board/
is now a *public* trac instance, and should be used by default except in the
cases where issues are actually sensitive or private for a particular
reason.
So to recap:
Mailing lists:
board-discuss at lists.fedoraproject.org -- general board and community
discussion around board-level
topics
board-private at lists.fedoraproject.org -- board private discussion; in
most cases, public discussion is
to be preferred
IRC:
#fedora-board on Freenode -- general board and community discussion,
hanging out, etc.
#fedora-meeting on Freenode -- like most Fedora meetings, public board
meetings held here. see
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/calendar/meeting/353/
Trac Tickets:
https://fedorahosted.org/board/ -- public tickets, should be default
https://fedorahosted.org/board-private/ -- sensitive tickets when needed
I'll update various wiki pages immediately after sending this mail.
(Thanks Kevin Fenzi for doing all of this!)
