first (quick?) issue for the council -- fedora's default firefox page

I don't like to mozilla tell me where to go.

I think start.fedoraproject.org is a good way to welcome people to 
fedora landscape. Even, it is useful to have it as a default page as a 
contributor, to keep an eye on announcements and planet.
