 * My primary concern is determining how the body is formed, but I suspect
 that this may end up being something that shifts over time. If appointed
 members end up driving most decision making, that's a problem - but I'd
 hope that the FPL will be sufficiently invested in the success of the
 project as a community rather than merely as a technical body that
 appropriate action will be taken.

 I think any other concerns I have have been adequately covered already.
