Agenda for Monday meeting?

Okay, so, with my plan posted Monday, the coming Monday we have

> - April 27: Council business meeting

For which I will put together an agenda. Are there particular things
which are _ready_ for a meeting? Any progress, for example, on the
FOSCo idea, or on the University objective idea?
