council meeting today!

We will have a meeting today (Monday, July 6th) via Google hangouts,
with a presentation led by Josh Boyer about the state of Fedora
Engineering, with sub-group updates from various engineering groups in
Fedora.

Time is 17:00 UTC -- I'll send out an annoucement with the live URL
