It should be someone that will help create the bridge between Fedora's past, current, & Next. 

No matter the process, it would be great to have a Fedoran with 5+ years of experience 'living the Project.' Of course these folks are short of time. More than a few months are needed to have be able to promote/protect the Fedora brand many of us hold so dear. :)
