Die Lösung war denkbar einfach, aber offensichtlich hatten mehrere
Leute mit Soundkarten unter FC2 ähnliche Probleme:

1) Kmix > Erweitert > dort die nicht benötigten Features deaktivieren
(dunkelgrüne Farbe)
2) Für Gnome User: install Gnome Alsa Mixer > Advanced
