 'Need' is usually indicative of life/death survival.

 The thing I noticed as a 2-3 year packager, who isn't doing it everyday,
 was that there is loads of pure textual information, little eye candy, on
 the wiki's packaging pages. I was hoping that either with an intro page
 graphic as described, or indeed smaller page / task specific graphics, the
 packaging process might become a little friendlier. I don't have the
 artistic talent to create such a thing, so it is really up to whether
 someone else sees this as a positive for the fedoraproject, and is willing
 to take it up - perhaps Ryan ?
