[Design-team] [Echo Perspective] utilities-terminal and utilites-system-monitor

Hi!

I have made two more icons - based on the user-desktop-icon. And now I'm
confident enough to share them.
I don't know if it maybe would look better with a glossy-layer? (Like the
one there is on the user-desktop icon[1]
