[Design-team] Alpha Banner [was: Upcoming scheduled tasks]

Nicu, I don't think it's a good idea to use Serif-fonts and roman numbers in
a banner - it doesn't look good or slick. Fedora should be a modern, slick
and nice distribution - also when we use our "roman"-like theme :)
