[Design-team] [Important] F12 Artwork

Hi,

we've taken over the F12_Artwork wiki page [1] created by
bioinfornatics, cleaned it up and added the designs concepts I've found
in the design-team archives. It's important that you visit the page and
check if your design concept wasn't omitted. If so, please add it to the
wiki. Note: I haven't bothered putting different variations of the same
concept, if you feel the need to have them, either include link to the
alternatives or create and link a separate page dedicated for the
concept.

Another news is that the Release Artwork Process [2] is now official and
should serve as reference.

Also, according to our current Schedule [3], we are past the concept
submission deadline and have about another eight days for working on the
wallpapers we want to review for F12 Alpha inclusion. So if you have a
design concept you like, focus your work onto it and help making it
awesome :-)
