The Connection is explained in the past e-mail, it's in the meaning of the flower Eastern Flower for an Easter's Emperor, and I think you don't need that I have to explain you why 4 :D 
Constantine wasn't only war, wasn't only a conquer, but a great art lover and supported he created a lot of garden in Bisanzio, making it not only a capital, but a real treasure.
