This info is not easily discoverable even at 
https://fedoraproject.org/get-fedora ... for F12 you have to dig to 
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/release-notes/f12/en-US/html/index.html#sect-Release_Notes-Hardware_Requirements 
and the info there seems incomplete (we just dropped support for some CPUs)

I think it make sense to put in on the cover *only* if we have accurate 
info which can be fit on a single line of text (short and easy to 
understand).
