Seriously, for me it would feel like a step side way instead of forward.
The design is overaly same as for Bluecurve, but I prefer the blue
spinning thingie we have in fedora as well as the more usual resize-type
cursors. The gradient in DMZ feels a bit odd compared to bluecurve.
(Note that I tested only the dark version, as I don't like white cursor
themes)

In past I've tried various cursor themes, but always came back to
Bluecurve. It seems to be really well made and especially pleasant to
work with for extended periods of time. I don't see much reason now for
a change unless you find a really compelling theme that would indeed be
refreshing and at least equally usable as Bluecurve.
