[Design-team] f13 rockets simple sketch

I like this idea. I would try something abstract, as the Debian 5.0 default
wallpaper (
http://www.debianart.org/cchost/people/si0ux/si0ux_-_MoreBlue_Orbit_5.png),
with ascending white trails as the horizontal white lines in Debian
wallpaper, and some sort of rockets made as a prolongation of these lines
(as the white spirals on Debian one), not real rockets.
