[Design-team] Default Wallpaper for Goddard F13

As much as I love that wallpaper idea, I think that we should go with a
nice, simple, clean look so users feel like they have a nice working ground
that they can install what they want on it and work from the ground up. As I
said, it looks awesome, it's just I don't know if everybody would like it.
