[Design-team] Fedora Twitter, Identi.ca background

I agree. I actually made it on my laptop screen which has its colors messed
up, so it looked a bit darker.

Then, I tried it on my main screen and it looked *really* bright blue. A bit
too bright. :)

I'll tweak the colors a little, see what works best!
