[Design-team] Introduction

I will definitely try to attend the meetings. They would take place at
2pm my time, and I have school then. But from 2:00 to 2:30 I'm in a
dual-credit class, where we have computers and "learn at our own pace"
anyways. There's no teacher who's lecturing. :)
