This looks great! The only comment I have is that you might want to try
a plainer blue gradient in the background (did you check the color code
against the Fedora logo color codes?

printed out on a black & white printer, it'll look neater. Other than
that, it looks great.

Do you have Inkscape source for the certificate, or can you export it in
a high enough resolution that we could make a LibreOffice document
template with it so that the requestor can fill in students' names?
